After swapping my corporate marketing job and my dream downtown Toronto apartment for a solo one-way ticket to Bangkok, Thailand to start my own copywriting business, I never looked back.

But leaving behind four gray walls and harsh fluorescent lighting for the life of a globe-trotting entrepreneur wasn't *just* for the stamps in my passport. It was about forging my own path, building a business I'm deeply passionate about, and reclaiming the freedom to live life on my own terms.
